Overview

The story in short

Where Skills4Impact started, what we did, and what changed.

The challenge

Skills4Impact is a learning and transformation platform that builds capabilities in sustainability and innovation for professionals, emerging talent and organisations. It needed content that made a fast-moving subject clear, and a community to bring its audience together.

What we did

We began with content, then took on community management, and now lead strategy as well. One team across all three, so the content, the community and the direction stay joined up.

The result

The community grew to 9,000 members in under two years, with content on sustainability regulation, ethical AI, impactful branding and ESG reporting at its heart.

How it grew

From content to strategy

Step 1

Content

Content on sustainability regulation, ethical AI, impactful branding and ESG reporting.

Step 2

Community management

Building and running the community, which reached 9,000 members in under two years.

Step 3

Strategy

Now shaping the strategy behind the content and the community.
