Naked Innovations is an innovation consultancy on a mission to transform the agrifood industry towards a more regenerative and symbiotic system. Based in Barcelona and working globally, their work sits at the intersection of innovation, sustainability and ecosystem building.
We have been working with Naked Innovations since 2024, when founders Ryan and Laurie first approached us to support a strategic brand repositioning. The aim was to create a stronger, more authentic brand that truly reflected their impact and ambition. The success of this repositioning has helped establish Naked Innovations as a leading player in their category, with over 45 growth projects delivered and more than 500 startups scaled.
Our ongoing collaboration combines content and communications strategy, event management and branding strategy, bringing our expertise in food systems and sustainability as a key driver of their continued success.
Success Stories

We optimised their social media strategy, achieving an average of 10,000 monthly impressions and approximately 40% year-on-year follower growth.
In parallel, we are developing a new website to better reflect the company’s growth and success, introducing a bolder, more modern digital presence and optimising the platform to support client acquisition.

Mercabarna is the largest fresh food market in Europe and a recognised leader in innovation. As a client of Naked Innovations, we were responsible for delivering Mercabarna’s 2025 Innovation Awards. Our role covered full project management, including weekly coordination with the client, stakeholder analysis of over 500 agrifood companies within Mercabarna’s ecosystem, and the creative direction of the entire project. This included the awards concept and ceremony, category and jury selection, and the development of all visual and graphic assets. We leveraged our language skills, using Catalan and Spanish for this project.

We organised a two-day European agricultural event bringing together 120+ Living Labs and stakeholders to address climate change mitigation in agriculture. Working with over 10 co-organising partners, we led the end-to-end design and delivery of the event, including stakeholder coordination, programme design and event management. Through workshops, presentations and a showcase, participants aligned around key themes such as regenerative agriculture, water security and climate-smart food systems, co-developing seven actionable ideas ready to evolve into pilot projects.

As part of Naked Innovations’ brand repositioning and strengthening, we developed a commercial deck underpinned by a clear strategic narrative. The project focused on sharpening their value proposition, clarifying their positioning, and aligning their messaging with their long-term vision and impact. Following the repositioning, the deck became a key commercial tool, supporting the acquisition of multiple new projects. Its success also inspired the founders to rework the strategy of the entire business, ensuring that their structure, services and growth roadmap fully reflected this renewed strategic direction.
